sunday morning *yawn

'Sunday' is the first thing on our mind after hearing that day was on vacation, relaxing, being lazy, etc.
when I wake up on Sunday morning it's very hard to open my eyes and I felt like back to sleep until the sun requires to get up.

whereas day week is a great time to exercise after a week of activities, our bodies definitely need a stretch, I had to get up early and go jogging or cycling or anything that makes our bodies be refreshed. moreover interspersed with fresh drinks such as orange juice in the morning is very beneficial for our bodies. or strawberry juice.

if we do that every Sunday morning, I'm sure we're are ready the day Monday that some people hate it . so let's make it a habit to exercise on Sunday morning.

hahaha and what I do in the week this morning is to write a blog. hmm I think after this I will be jogging. so see u guys and thank you have read my writing :)
